How does a purchase support Align the Fibers?

Net shop proceeds support nonprofit fieldwork, tools, program supplies, documentation and the time of artists, growers and facilitators. Merchandise purchases are not tax-deductible.

Are products hand-dyed?

Each product page states the material and production method. Indigo-toned artwork may be printed, embroidered or produced through a documented dye process; we do not describe a product as hand-dyed unless that is accurate for that item.

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders are normally prepared in 2–4 business days. Standard U.S. transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. See the full shipping policy.

Can I return an item?

Eligible unused, unworn and unwashed goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Review the return policy before sending anything back.

How do apparel sizes run?

The tee and crewneck use a relaxed unisex fit. Use the garment measurements in our size guide and compare them with a piece you already own.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. The current storefront is designed for United States shipping only.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email alignthefibers@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will help when we can, but changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

What if something arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days with the order number and clear photos of the item and package. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
