Where we ship
The shop currently ships to valid addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing time
In-stock orders are prepared within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. During field seasons, launches or high-volume periods, a product page or checkout notice will state any longer estimate before purchase.
Rates and delivery estimates
Transit estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather and address issues can affect timing.
Tracking
Once a backend fulfillment system is connected, a shipping confirmation with tracking information should be emailed when the carrier accepts the package.
Address changes and returned packages
Email alignthefibers@gmail.com as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If a package is returned because an address was incomplete or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for a new shipping charge.
Lost or damaged orders
Contact us within 7 days of a delivery marked complete if the package cannot be located, or within 7 days of receipt if goods arrive damaged. Include the order number and clear photos when applicable so we can help.
