Return window
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any original packaging or tags.
Items that cannot be returned
Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized goods and merchandise that has been used, washed, worn, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible. Original artwork or limited editions may have item-specific terms shown on the product page before purchase.
Start a return
- Email alignthefibers@gmail.com with the order number and the item you want to return.
- Wait for return authorization and the return mailing instructions before sending anything.
- Pack the item securely and use a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.
Refunds
We will inspect the return after it arrives. Approved refunds should be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Financial institutions may need additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Because inventory is produced in small runs, direct exchanges are not guaranteed. The fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order for the available size or color.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
